Inside Weddings accepts submissions of wedding-related events including engagement parties, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, and post-wedding brunches for potential publication. As a valued member of the Editor's Circle, your submissions receive priority consideration, and there are no restrictions on how recent a wedding-related event must be. Below are our submission guidelines for wedding-related events; for our Real Wedding submission policy, click here.

DEADLINES & NOTIFICATIONS
Although the date a wedding-related event took place is not a consideration, there are submission deadlines for each print issue. Events submitted after one of the deadlines below will automatically be considered for the following issue.

WINTER 2012
Deadline: 09/02/11 ~ Announcements: 09/06/11

SPRING 2012
Deadline: 11/30/11 ~ Announcements: 12/05/11

SUMMER 2012
Deadline: 02/29/12 ~ Announcements: 03/05/12

FALL 2012
Deadline: 05/30/12 ~ Announcements: 06/04/12

CONTENT
Please submit 20+ images (high resolution preferred) that focus strongly on details, decor, floral design, stationery, and venue along with a completed submission form. Although we do want to see images of the bride, family members, and wedding party, our layouts depend heavily upon inspiration shots of the event itself, so we greatly appreciate images that allow us to see the details.

Routing submissions in an alternative fashion (via email, disk, etc.) or to the attention of a different member of the Inside Weddings staff will cause delays in the review process.
