Cascading Ruffle Cake

The four-tiered cake was adorned with sugar camellia flowers and a cascading ruffle – which mimicked the ruffles found on the bride's wedding dress – that was draped down each layer. The bottom tier featured a vegan chocolate cake, so the bride could fully participate in the traditional cake cutting ceremony.
