Three-Tiered White Cake

The couple's wedding cake was unique in that the center tier was slanted on a diagonal. The top and bottom layers were chocolate fudge cake with hazelnut and mocha mousse filling, while the center layer was sponge cake with white chocolate mousse and raspberry filling. Rose petals decorated the buttercream frosting and votive candles surrounded the confection.
