“Chef David Fricaud was a Top Chef finalist in France in 2010, so we knew we were in good hands!” exclaims the bride of the chef throughout the wedding weekend. The menu featured sweet corn panna cotta to start, followed by a chilled zucchini poblano soup, a Napoleon of pear and goat cheese, prime beef tenderloin as the entrée, and dessert.
