Victorian-Inspired Cake

The six-tiered wedding cake was decorated with ruffles and ribbons, as well as roses and pearls made of sugar. Each layer consisted of alternating flavors, including red velvet and Valrhona chocolate blackout cake filled with Godiva white chocolate buttercream, amaretto, or chocolate ganache.
