A New Year’s wedding was a dream come true for singer Brian McKnight and his bride Leilani Maria Mendoza, who got married at Oheka Castle!

A New Year’s wedding was a dream come true for singer Brian McKnight and his bride Leilani Maria Mendoza. The couple tied the knot in an opulent ceremony at the famed Oheka Castle in Upstate New York. The bride wore a jaw-dropping gown embellished with 50,000 Swarovski crystals. Strategic appliqués were the only coverage on the sheer dress with fan detailing throughout the skirt and train.

Just as he posted wedding photos (and some video clips) on his Instagram, the R&B crooner shared news of his engagement to Leilani on the social media site back in May. Brian posted a sweet black-and-white close-up of the pair smiling, with a good view of the bride’s cushion-cut halo engagement ring.

No word on if the groom serenaded his sweetheart at the reception, though couples have been swaying to Brian McKnight tunes since the early ‘90s. Some lucky couples have even been able to book the singer at their own nuptials, such as this pair featured in our Winter 2015 issue.
