Be inspired by six ceremony concepts similar to the winter wedding of The Cheetah Girls actress.
What a winter wonderland! Former Disney Channel star Kiely Williams tied the knot with her longtime beau, Brandon “BJ” Cox, a few days ago in Fort Worth, Texas, and we’re already swooning over her big day. Known for her role as Aqua in the hit franchise The Cheetah Girls as well as her years in the girl group 3LW, the bride wore a stunning, form-fitting gown with a classic veil and chandelier earrings. Happily, one of her Cheetah Girls bandmates, Sabrina Bryan, was included in the nuptials as a bridesmaid.
Kiely shared a few photos of her big day on her Instagram, including a shot of her simple and sweet ceremony space. The room was the picture of warm and inviting winter wedding goals: snowy white chairs flanked by low candles lining the bare, wood-floor aisle leading up to an altar with a roaring fire as the backdrop. The pair also included wooden signage at the entrance to the space that read, “Find a Seat, Either Side, You’re Loved by Both the Groom and Bride.” As Kiely notes that she put a lot of emphasis on DIY elements for her wedding, this rustic, cabin-like motif can act as inspiration for any winter bride and groom.
