When planning their weddings, many brides place a high priority on finding the perfect bridal gown. It has to be the right silhouette to flatter your shape, the perfect hue for your skin tone, and feature the right amount of detail to make it special. Of course, all of the intricate beading and lace in the world hardly matters if no one can see it! In addition to greeting all your guests personally – which you should do anyway – make sure the details live on by having your photographer take a close-up shot so your wedding album will showcase what makes your dress unique. If your gown has an intricate back, it’s also a great opportunity to reveal the importance of your maid of honor or mother, as the picture can do double duty – show your loved one helping you get ready while also putting the lovely details on display.
