More than meets the eye this season at Anne Barge as the label's creative director Shawne Jacobs was inspired by perspective photography for her fall 2019 collection. According to Jacobs, each dress is open to interpretation based on the viewer's lens. Jacobs has a love of architecture and this season she created plenty of architecturally inspired gowns, but softened them up with delicate layers, charming pearl embroideries, and cascading tulle ruffles.

Looks ranged from a frothy tulle ball gown with a 3D floral-embroidered demi corset bodice to a sleek strapless trumpet gown. Jacobs managed to integrate modern sophistication and youthful romance effortlessly. See the gowns from the designer's fall 2019 collections in the slideshow above!
