Haute couture is always a hit at Bridal Fashion Week in New York City, and the 2018 collection from Gemy Maalouf is no exception. The Lebanese designer created her first fashion line in order to make high-end designs available to every woman, and the same goal is evident since expanding to bridal.

Each model wore her hair in a braided crown, embellished with small blooms. This uniformity served to showcase the unique differences of each gown. The first style features cap sleeves and a sweetheart neckline, which pairs naturally with the eyelet lace florets of the skirt. Adding an element of surprise to the dress is a bodice that resembles crystal-embellished chainmail. The ninth look to make it down the runway is a bridal pantsuit with a floor-length cape and wide-legged trousers that contrast with the fitted V-neck top. The penultimate gown features a deep, plunging neckline with bell sleeves; the mermaid silhouette adds sensuality to the otherwise sweetly romantic ensemble.
