Why Some Brides Let Their Bridesmaids Wear White

We all know it’s traditional for the bride to wear white on her wedding day, but what about her bridesmaids? If you like the look of a fresh, polished bridal party, then choosing to outfit your ladies in white (or off-white) dresses may be the right choice for you. Generally, many of our brides who have gone this route also selected a white floral theme for the ceremony, but there's no reason you couldn't add a splash of color with bright bouquets or jeweled accessories. White is quite versatile and can be appropriate for any style wedding. Shorter sundresses are ideal for an outdoor, summer beach ceremony, while longer evening dresses look heavenly at an upscale, elegant affair. Here are a few examples of bridal parties looking simply angelic in all- or off-white.
