When going over the menu for your celebration, you’re likely trying to sneak little personal details into certain items. Whether it be making one entrée the same dish you and your beloved ate on your first date or including your favorite shared snack as one of your late-night bites, there are a plethora of methods to customizing your cuisine. One of the most popular – and fun! – ways of achieving this is to add a few signature cocktails to your bar options for guests to enjoy. What better way to kick-start the party than providing your nearest and dearest with your favorite mixed drinks?

Typically, signature cocktails are simple renderings of an existing beverage recipe renamed for the person or people it represents. For example, if bride Stephanie quite enjoys a Whiskey Sour, her signature drink would include all of the usual ingredients of that drink – displayed on the bar menu – and might be called “A Stephy Sour.” You can get as creative as you’d like! This is a great option for those who’d like to offer a limited bar – beer, wine, and just your signature drinks – instead of a full, open bar.
