Make sure your photographer takes photos of these special times.
Happy Father's Day! Dads and daughters have a special relationship, which is often highlighted through wedding traditions. Even as more women chose not to call it being “given away,” it is often still meaningful for brides to be walked down the aisle by their fathers.
Though you will likely have portraits with members of your family, including your dad, candid shots are where the memories of the day really shine. Make sure your photographer knows to keep an eye out for touching moments between you and the man who raised you. In addition to the walk down the aisle, the father-daughter dance is typically an excellent time to capture these beautiful and sentimental instances.
