Wedding Dance Lessons To Create Memories That Last a Lifetime
Erin Parsley, founder of Steps to Love® Wedding Dances, is an award-winning professional dancer, choreographer, dance educator, and certified relationship coach with over two decades of experience.
Erin helps engaged couples – especially those who feel nervous, unsure, or overwhelmed – turn their first dance into something they genuinely look forward to. With a clear, supportive process and custom choreography tailored to each couple, she makes it easy to go from “we don’t know what we’re doing” to “we can’t wait to dance together.” Her approach builds not just dance skills, but trust, connection, and confidence as a couple.
Erin has choreographed wedding dances for more than 230 couples and taught over 5,000 dance classes. Her background in ballet, improvisation, and partner dance allows her to tailor each dance to reflect a couple’s unique dynamic and style. She also integrates principles of somatic awareness, communication, and teamwork into the process.
