For her 2018 "Havana" bridal collection, designer Julie Vino was inspired by the pastel colors that are unique to Cuba. "The shapes are a combination of symmetric to non-symmetric, clean to embodied, matte to glossy – which shows the direction I wanted to take my brides this season," she says.
The styles range from a variety of looks, including gowns in chiffon, silk, and other flowing fabrics paired with intricately embroidered bodices, fringe elements, and illusion details. Daring styles include a romper with an overskirt, a gown showcasing an illusion bodice with strategically placed embroideries, and a 1920s-inspired V-neck frock with a fringe skirt.
