The most-used wedding color palettes tend to feature whites, pinks, and metallic touches; however, when brides and grooms incorporate other hues into the design of their days, the effect is extraordinary. Most couples want their nuptials to look different than those of their friends and family members, and a great way to accomplish that is to choose a unique color palette. 

While most popular for coastal celebrations, a muted blue and grey scheme creates a romantic ambience for ceremonies and receptions regardless of the venue or formality of the fête. The cool tones evoke a comfortable sense of calm that guests will feel immediately as they enter the soirée – whether the event takes place in an opulent ballroom, on the sand, or in a tented structure by a lake.
