Pricing varies widely depending on format, talent level, and add-ons, but here’s a general sense of the range to give couples an idea of where to start:

• DJ packages typically start around $2,500 for a standard reception setup, with a range of tailored add-ons including ceremony sound, cocktail hour audio, uplighting, cold spark effects, custom monogram lighting, photo booths, and more.
• Live bands generally start around $4,000-$5,000 and can scale well beyond $60,000+ depending on the band’s size, popularity, and production value. Most packages include travel, a full sound and lighting setup, emceeing throughout the event, and typically up to four hours of performance time.
• Additional elements may also impact the final investment, such as catering requirements, staging, non-alcoholic beverages, venue-related power or green room needs, ceremony or cocktail hour coverage, extended performance time, and gratuity (always appreciated, never expected).

Good to know: Whether you book a DJ or a band, you’re not just paying for music – you’re securing a fully coordinated production, including setup, sound checks, and a team that works directly with you and/or your planner in the weeks leading up to the big day.
