We are a husband-and-wife team that loves weddings. We love weddings not only because we get to celebrate YOU, but we get to be a part of a lifelong commitment you make to each other! AND WE LOVE CHEERING OUR COUPLES ON. Not to just have a great wedding, but to have an amazing marriage! With over 14 years of experience as wedding photographers, we put our clients at ease so that you feel comfortable in front of the camera. We have a sincere admiration for genuineness and an eye for detail, and are invested in providing art that will live on for generations. About The McSweens Tanya is your classic type-A personality where everything is planned and in place. With a iced latte in hand she handles the chaos of daily life with three children like a champ. Her career began working for a sports photography company near Atlanta, Georgia, through high school and college. That's right! Remember the button your mom pinned to her sweater for all your soccer games? She made those! There she learned all about film photography, lighting, and composition. Now, capturing honest & vulnerable connections her couples share fills her with purpose, knowing the images she creates will live on for decades. When she is not photographing weddings she is homeschooling three tiny humans, one of her favorite places to go with them is the public library where they devour all the new kids books possible. Harry has never met a stranger and whenever people are around he lights up. There genuinely has never been a truer people person. The originator of type 2 fun, he loves to be in situations that are not ideal and make the best of them. He is a classic optimist and the resident chef in the McSween household. Harry is a loyal and steady companion, an equally talented photographer, and marketing guru. He learned most of what he knows about photography from Tanya. When he is not photographing weddings you can find him outside in the garden, rock climbing, tossing a football with the man-child or in the throws of a tickle fight with two little ladies.
