The groom took great pride in selecting the food and wine of the evening. Appetizers included spicy crab cakes and mixed green salad. After a palette-cleansing intermezzo of passion fruit sorbet, guests were handed a double entree of filet mignon and lobster with whipped mashed potatoes on the side.
