If you’re planning on hosting your nuptials in the fall, you'll likely want to incorporate autumnal details. Besides the overall color palette of your fête, one of the main elements to consider when organizing the details of your fall celebration is your floral design. The hues featured in the blooms that will decorate your wedding ceremony décor and reception centerpieces will best represent the design as a whole, but you'll also need to consider additional floral details like your bouquet and the boutonnieres for your groom, groomsmen, and family members.
Though a boutonniere is perhaps the smallest of items that will include florals on your big day, these accessories are not to be overlooked. While the design typically coordinates with the look of the bridal and bridesmaid bouquets, they do not have to match entirely. For example, if the bride is carrying a creamy arrangement of roses and bridesmaids are holding blush varieties, the groom's boutonniere can showcase some rust-toned foliage accented with burgundy berries or blooms.
