When selecting a wedding destination, the pair was naturally drawn to a place rich with meaning: the estate of Mark’s grandmother Mia in Kingston, Jamaica. “It didn’t feel like a venue,” explains the bride. “It felt like a place filled with history and love.”

With the help of their talented creative team, the couple envisioned an elegant celebration inspired by timeless romance, incorporating soft florals, flowing fabrics, candlelight, and a palette of neutral hues. “We both wanted a wedding that felt elegant, ethereal, and romantic,” Camila affirms.

As the late-afternoon ceremony began beneath the glow of soft golden light, 300 loved ones gathered on the estate grounds to witness the couple exchange vows. The bride carried a bouquet of delicate neutral-toned blooms that complemented the airy floral arrangements surrounding the ceremony space. “Having everyone we love gathered in one place to witness our marriage – that beautiful moment of shared joy and connection – made everything unforgettable,” reflects Camila.

Following the ceremony, guests transitioned into a romantic reception that unfolded beneath the stars. Tables were adorned with organic floral arrangements in soft neutral tones paired with abundant candlelight, creating what the bride describes as “such a warm, romantic feeling throughout the space.” Personalized details added meaningful touches throughout the evening, including custom fans, crafted in Colombia, featuring the couple’s names and personalized matches displayed at the cigar bar.

The evening’s culinary experience was a defining element all on its own, reflecting the couple’s love of elevated flavors and cultural influences, with a menu blending Jamaican, American, and Asian cuisine. Wedding guests enjoyed delectable dishes ranging from creamy oxtail pasta and spiced lamb chops to pork belly fried rice, while a classic three-tier buttercream wedding cake with delicate vintage-inspired detailing served as the perfect sweet finale.

While the celebration began with soft romance and timeless elegance, the energy shifted later in the evening with one of the couple’s favorite moments: the “Hora Loca.” Vibrant performers, lively music, and playful entertainment transformed the reception into a spirited late-night fête. “After such a soft and romantic evening, it shifted into something more playful and full of life,” the bride says. “It felt like the perfect balance.”
