As wedding ideas get bolder and more creative, many brides and grooms are electing to host destinations nuptials stateside. While previously, many perceived a destination wedding to take place out of the country, it’s now trendy – and perhaps more cost effective – to choose a far-off location in the United States. During a formal unveiling event earlier this summer, this South Carolina resort presented the seaside event space to a collection of wedding industry professionals, showcasing its all-glass concept and unobstructed ocean views. The space is the largest enclosed oceanfront event venue along the Carolina and Georgia coast, holding up to 220 guests, and sits at an elevated level above the beach. This property is the perfect location for an East Coast soirée that combines Southern charm with a “coastal chic” motif.
