Cheryl Burke and Matthew Lawrence Are Married!

Wedding season has begun! Dancing with the Stars fan favorite Cheryl Burke and actor/former teen idol Matthew Lawrence are married!

Wedding season has begun! Dancing with the Stars fan favorite Cheryl Burke and actor/former teen idol Matthew Lawrence are married! They have been engaged for just over a year, as Matthew proposed on Cheryl’s birthday – May 3rd – last year. Though the couple has only released one photo from their nuptials so far, we do know some details thanks to reports by People magazine. The celebration was held at the Fairmont Grand Del Mar in San Diego, where the bride’s stepfather walked her down the aisle. Naturally, the groom’s brothers Joey and Andy Lawrence were his best men. As previously revealed thanks to the bridal shower thrown earlier this year, actress Leah Remini served as matron of honor.

Matthew was dapper in a classic black tuxedo paired with a velvet bow tie, and Cheryl was a vision in a crepe silk gown with soft off-the-shoulder straps. Otherwise unembellished, the stunning dress featured crystal buttons down the back. Her cathedral veil apears to be attached to her softly curled shoulder-length hair with a beaded comb.

Throughout the wedding-planning process, Cheryl has been very open about her journey. As such, we were able to see the luxe invitations the bride and groom designed with Lehr and Black. We even saw Leah Remini join Cheryl and her wedding planner Mindy Weiss for a meeting! We’re sure the bride will want to share more photos of the big day, and we can’t wait to see them after the newlyweds return from their honeymoon!
