The third and final installment of the Fifty Shades franchise, Fifty Shades Freed, which is based on the best-selling trilogy by E. L. James, is in theaters now. Regardless of whether or not they're fans who have seen the movie, many brides-to-be are longing after the bridal gown Dakota Johnson wears in the film as her character Anastasia Steele marries Christian Grey (played by Jamie Dornan). The custom dress designed by Monique Lhuillier started turning heads once the poster for the movie was released, and now that it has hit the big screen, it's likely to inspire a number of wedding gowns selected by real brides walking down the aisle.

Ideal for a traditional, romantic ceremony, the long-sleeve, off-the-shoulder gown comprised of Chantilly lace and tulle features sheer lace details and lace-covered buttons down the back. While the exact dress – aptly named "Grey" – is available to order at the designer's flagship salons in Los Angeles and New York, there are a number of similar gowns from the latest fall 2018 bridal collections previewed on the runway.
