South American designer Francesca Miranda’s newest collection for spring 2017 celebrates influential women from around the world. Each gown is named for the woman Francesca envisioned during the design process. The inspiration spans eras and styles, but each dress represents a modern interpretation and vision.

The collection starts with a strapless sweetheart neckline ball gown with exquisite embroidered pearls and Swarovski crystals, but then quickly shifts into unique, fashion-forward looks, many of which can be customized into something more traditional, or just as a way to achieve multiple styles with the same dress. From the detachable off-shoulder bolero-esque piece and sans crystal version of the “Indira” gown, to the removable organza cape of the “Mia” dress, and the long dress versions of “Coco” and “Jackie”, there is truly something for every bride. There are flirty looks, such as the playful polka dots of the “Mirabi” high-low dress, and sexier styles such as the sheer bodices with strategic appliqués on the “Marilyn” and “Priscilla” gowns.
