Fans of the Philadelphia Eagles were crushed when their star quarterback, Carson Wentz, went down with a knee injury in December. It was assumed their playoff hopes were lost – just as the Green Bay Packers floundered after losing Aaron Rodgers to injury – but backup Nick Foles stepped up and led the Eagles to their first Super Bowl championship in franchise history, defeating the formidable New England Patriots.
Carson may not have gotten to play in the big game, but he’ll still earn a ring for his work in the regular season. Just days after the Super Bowl, the love of his life now has a ring of her own – a stunning halo engagement ring! The football star proposed to his girlfriend Madison Orberg on a rooftop with bistro lights overheard and within a circle of candles.
